Ms. Duby is engaging and informative! She is able to transform subjects related to health and wellness from complexity and confusion into simplicity making them easy to incorporate into a busy life. Recently, I attended a Seminar at Avon regarding portion control which I found to be an eye opening experience. Thanks Debra. You are quite a motivator! I hear your voice every time I pick up something with white sugar or white flour in it. It's hard, but I am trying. Thanks for the information and know that you definitely made a lasting impression. Our fitness center hosted a healthy holiday kick-off party to get our members on the right track BEFORE the New Year.
