Personal training packages begin with a comprehensive fitness evaluation. By gathering information on your health history and current level of conditioning, we are able to develop a personalized training program that empowers you to meet your fitness goals.  Our training programs involve a unique mixture of personal coaching, strength training, cardiovascular development, flexibility training, and mind-body connection exercises.  Progress toward meeting your fitness goals is tracked using various tests including kinetic chain evaluation, body fat analysis, target heart rate monitoring, and muscular endurance assessments.

Where are training sessions held?
Training sessions can be held in your home if you reside in Connecticut or New York, at a private personal training studio in Manhattan or Stamford, or your office gym.
